S.C. ANA HR S.R.L.(hereinafter referred to as the 'ana-hr.com’) is a limited liability company in Romania, having its registered office in Oradea city Str. Balogh Istvan No 17,Bihor County, registered in the Register of Commerce under the number J5/604/2015 fiscal code 34377510.

S.C. ANA HR S.R.L. is registered in the Processing of Personal Data Register under the number 36996.

For the purposes of the legislation on data protection, we are operators when we are processing your personal data.

Whereas we are always open to find out your feedback, as well as to provide you with any additional information that you may need with regard to the processing of your data, we encourage you to contact S.C. We ensure the right to the protection of personal data as a fundamental commitment by ana-hr.com, therefore we will dedicate all resources and efforts are necessary in order to process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (‘general rules concerning data protection’ known as GDPR), as well as any other legislation applicable on the Romanian territory.

If you would like to apply for a job directly on our site, we will automatically send your application to the respective company that the announcement belongs to. The personal information about you (including the Curriculum Vitae) that exists in this form will not be stored by ana-hr.com.

 

If you choose to use the service recommendation to send to a friend an existing announcement on ana-hr.com, you will have to fill in your email address and your friends’ as well. We will automatically send your friend's email once inviting him to view the invitation sent by you. This information will not be stored.

This will help us to act more quickly and you'll cut the response time at your request.

The rights of third parties. We do not have to comply with a request in the case in which would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others concerned.

9. What are your rights as the user of ana-hr.com?

The right to information - Articles 13 and 14 GDPR. The right to rectify the data - Article 16 GDPR. It gives you the possibility to get from us,without undue delay, correction or completion of personal data which are inaccurate.

The right to restrict the data - Article 18 GDPR. It is a temporary right. In some cases, between the moment when, for example, we take the decision to delete certain data (we no longer need the personal data for purposes of processing) and the actual deletion of data, send us a request that you oppose clearing, stating that you need these data for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal proceedings. As a result of such a request, we will ‘freeze’ the data stopping their processing for a certain period of time.

The right to data portability - Article 20 GDPR. You have the right to receive personal data that concerns you and which you supplied to the operator (to processors under a contract or under your consent, by automatic means) in a structured format,currently used, which can be read automatically and you have the right to transmit these data of another operator, without hindrance in our side. In other words, the personal data will be offered in a structured format, so that you may decide that you download or, on the contrary, send to another operator.

The right to opposition - Article 21 GDPR. You have the right to oppose, for example, the processing of your personal data, when they are processed for the purposes of direct marketing. Please take note of the following:

The time period: We will strive to respond to your request within 30 days and we can extend this period of specific reasons related to the complexity of your request. In all cases, if this period is extended, we will inform you about the term of extension and of the reasons which have led to this.

Restricted access: in certain cases, it is possible that we cannot give you access to all or some of your personal data due to legal provisions. If we refuse your request, we will inform you about the Reason for refusal.
