Marketing Communications Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to take control of our online voice and to promote company services.

The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for aligning all company communications, PR, social media, and marketing content to create a strong brand identity. You will be the first point of contact for online fans and followers, thus developing an intimate relationship with the online community.Also you will be responsible for promoting and selling software services through the presentation and contract negotiation process with clients in the healthcare industry.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep passion for social media, stay abreast of new developments and opportunities in the industry, and be a strategic thinker. You must have an outgoing personality as in-person networking will also be part of the job.

Responsabilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships;
  • Achievement of Sales Plan – the development and maintenance of existing and/or potential customer relationships through adherence to an account management process;
  • Devise and implement community communications initiatives;
  • Develop a content plan;
  • Create engaging content for all platforms;
  • Conducts sales presentations and maintains up-to-date account forecasts and sales records to facilitate territory management and prospective customer contact;
  • Create proposals, negotiate pricing and close deals across the solution sales cycle;
  • Sell integrated solutions and performance management through effective account planning and contract execution;


Requirements:

  • A “Sales Hunter” mentality; 
  • A degree in communication, English, journalism, marketing or related field may be required;
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills;
  • Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques;
  • Time management skills;
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms is essential;
  • Highly consultative, ability to understand clients or prospects strategic priorities, strategies and challenges and establish a business and solution fit accordingly;
